Once the players are all picked I'll ask managers to put positions by all of the players, and to write a paragraph championing the merits of their team, if they wish to. If anyone plays CB CB RM LM PL PL FR RF LF CF, will be judged accordingly. As will anyone picking Marco Van Basten at RWB.

Have to agree with this, I'm not one for swearing but I'm still being fucking accused of being this maxi bloke meaning I'll stand no chance. Its seriously frustrating me.

When the 3 finalists are decided I think the managers concerned then have an opportunity to pitch their team and why they should win
For example
Appearances, Trophies won, great performances etc.
Then UE decide the overall Winner.
Maybe the 2 runners up get 3 UE points each????
