I see I'm not the only one googling best goalkeeper/right back/forward ever. Is anyone else making 15/20 string lists of worthy targets for each position? |

My burning question will be how is it judged? With football being such a subjective sport and based all on opinion, it will be interesting to see. So many people have opted for older legends so far, many I would imagine they've never seen playing. So many different eras to choose from, should be an interesting one come the end and we see all teams. |

I've seen so may best XI that differ. It's all opinions. I find it difficult to put older players in a team, when I never witnessed how good they were. That's not to say from the clips and footage available that you can't tell that they were class. Take Messi and Ronaldo, we all know how good they are because we live in real time with them and watch them week in, week out and see them performing to the standard. I probably can't go back further than the 80s. Doesn't mean I won't choose some if need be haha |
