Does Leadership really make a difference worth 9 points?
Never had a LEA at any of my sides.
Thoughts?

I would say it does. Only in certain positions tho I reckon.
CB, AM, CM, IF, CF for me

I always consider one of the spine of your team needs to be the captain, I agree with those positions. I've not read a match report where an opposing 'Leader' ran the show and led by example yet though. But the fact Ben wants 9 points for the SA tells you it has a powerful effect, but I'm yet to see it

For me personally LEA and DET are the best SA's in the game.
