The changes listed in the first post on this thread will be implemented for Game 121 onwards.

Once the Gold Karma Youth Player option is available on the MDS form, it will behave exactly like the standard Karma Youth Player option for current games.

One change that will happen from now on is that Karma Youth Player names must be unique in the game in question. If not they will be defaulted to a random name of the same Nationality.

In addition to this: Karma Youth player names will now be monitered. Some managers have tried to add some names that were offensive and silly. From now, any names of this nature will be changed.

I think there’s too many points why don’t you just slay create a player 25 Ue points with unique name and Do away with karma altogether

I know if I could create 3 players with my Ue points I would rather than waste on pot I then would have 3 players the bigger clubs may swap for rather than me having nothing even after I’ve spent my points

Sorry but having witnessed the Karma player creation overload in Game 120 and in 119 Managers creating duplicate Legends I am now anti Karma created players.

The options before were a nice idea but was exploited by many managers and as a result killed the enjoyment for me in Game 120. Also to be on the receiving end of a Karma created remade legend costing me a Cup Final was also a very bitter pill to swallow.

I would like to propose NO Karma players ever and that points should be used for the benefit of existing players in your team like reducing injury, taliking a player out of retirement etc.

I can appreciate there is a wide gap in teams in Game 121 BUT remember these games are designed for the long haul and not the quick fixes that these Karma created players give!!!

Please no more Karma players - FULL STOP!!!

Basing my opinion on what I think is best for the game, fair for the managers & not sulking or think of myself.

Karma created players is good fun and a nice added feat for the game. It’s a nice touch to get to add your son/daughter or whoever and then play them & see them blossom. Also for those sides who struggle to get players/deals or can’t afford to scout all those extra teams, it’s nice to be able to use karma to create a player instead. Small Teams that start With karma have at least one advantage over the big teams who start with the huge players and rightly so.

So it’s a stayer for me. Create whoever you want legend or family member, but nothing naughty or offensive tho.

Hardly best for the Game when you are someone that benefited from Karma players? After all you sulked and cried about not having these legends in 119 only to then create them yourself which completely detracted from the games purpose.

Still with all your stars in Sweden and Italy I am sure you will be able to obtain other legends in circumstances that benefit you and you alone.

Just another nasty remark from a horrible spiteful little man. Anyone who chooses to create karma players is well within their right to do so. Be it me, Gibbo, Ian, Andy or dare i say it, you or whoever..... So keep sucking on that bitter lemon

1.........karma is being handed out far to simply in my opinion it seems you get it for the slightest thing.

2..........any karma should be used to benefit the team ie helping with injuries

3...........i dont like karma players but do take on board that the smaller teams do like this for obvious reasons however creating a karma player should have guidelines attached.
a...should cost at least 500 karma points
b...only 1 karma player to be created in a season and no more than 3 karma players in total per team.
c...players should not have stupid names or names of any current or past players.however useing a real players name if he was missed from your own playing squad at start or a new wonderkid comes out of your teams real life youth squad should be allowed( ie say harvey elliott was not in liverpool squad at start of game liverpool should be allowed to use his name when making a karma player as he is a current liverpool player) .

4...........karma players need to have realistic stats much the same as real life prospect( ie a harvey elliott at liverpool or a troy parrott at spurs), in the position they are created in ,giving a karma player 10s in positions when created is ridiculous managers should still have to play and train these players to get the best out of them and not have it laid on a plate

Intresting post & certain messages are able to benefit & exploit a loop hole in getting a player in a specialist position which requires x 2 untrainables stats & expect them to have 10 Vision for example.


With this initial thread starting nearly 2 years ago, Did UE know or state it was going to a new structure of HFG?

I don't mind either way if karma are in the game, Although do believe if it's HFG then no shouldn't have these features as it's designed to be hard!!!

However if we do then in my opinion then a 350 karma player should not have one 10 stat as it's ridiculously cheap given how easy it is to gain karma.

Also the gold option is a good idea. 1000 karma is suitable for a player maybe a tad more at 1200. These are the creations I belive should be specialist positions that require x 2 untrainables in a 4 stat PV rating.

Implement this & will stop floods of PL's as example being created as soon as allowed!!! Some of the top PL's in the game are 9 vision so please don't start a karma with 10 vision for 350 karma!!!

Nailed it Ben gold karma should have 10s for untrainables and top judgement also maybe a 10* in the untrainable most linked to their position so:

Cb - judgement
Sw - judgement
All wide players speed
Am Cm cf tm - agg
Pl fr - vision

Realistically people will only get one a game and that would only be if they aim for it so it makes sense.
