Help with feature on Play By Mail football

Hello, everyone. I'm joining the game soon as Livorno boss, dipping my toe back into Play By Mail management for the first time in almost 30 years.
I work as a sports journalist and I'm planning to write a feature on Play By Mail football, on how it has changed and adapted since I first played in the 1990s.
Would anyone on these forums like to share their thoughts on their experiences playing the game?
I could email you questions or just do a quick interview on the phone.
