Just a suggestion, can UE introduce:
- Military Service
- Copa America
- African Cup of Nations
- AFC Asian Cup
So that players from certain Nations would be unavailable for clubs at certain times, thus increasing the difficulty of the game.

But think it would be too much work for Ben.
But would tonsee it in the game.

The Copa is played in the summer now, so wouldn't be part of it?
Also you missed the Olympics... so basically every under 23 player is banned from playing for the first 4 weeks of the season every 4th season. Bit of a nightmare.

Perhaps they could return late or jetlagged from South American internationals. Olympics- Only those that are selected would be unavailable, just like in real life.
