Am happy to announce that applications for Game 123 are open.

There will be 4 European leagues open to be managed in:

UK and Ireland, or British Isles. – England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Rep Ireland

Southern - Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece

Western - France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Austria

Eastern – Russia, Turkey, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine Czech Rep, Slovakia, Moldova, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Albania


All leagues will have four divisions.





There will be four background leagues running:

Northern European
North American
South American
Asian

Teams from these leagues are not available to manage, but they will play league and cup games which you can scout if you wish, and have youth and reserve squads. All of their players will be available to be purchased at a price.

Multi Team Management

They’re will be multi team management from the start of the game. As always, there will be a limit of one team per league, and you will need a season ticket on your primary team, and will need to buy a reduced price (£60) season ticket on your secondary team. You can only bid for one team during the auction.

There are always no transfers or loans between teams controlled by the same manager.

Managers will be unable to buy players for team X that were scouted by team Y the previous week, when both teams are controlled by the same manager.


Starting Budgets

The biggest teams will have a starting budget of between £5-£10M and no UE points or Karma. Lesser squads will have larger bank balances, UE points and Karma from the start to give them a chance to compete with teams with a much higher squad value.


Untrainables

There isn't a limit on the untrainables in 123 (speed, aggression and vision).


Karma players

Normal Karma players will be available in 123.

Applications

Teams will be allocated by private auction, and as always, the amount bid will be the starting credit for that team. Managers will be told how their bids are doing on several occasions before the deadline so they have a chance to alter their bid. There will not be a public post saying how much the bud is for each team, and nobody will be told how far or behind their bud is on any given team.

If you wish to apply send an email with a list of teams and how much you are prepared to bid for each one. Bids must be in by 9am on 27th of March. I will email the successful bidders shortly after this and will ask for payment within one week.

After the auction, there will be some teams left over, so if you don't wish to bid for a team you can just make an application to be part of the game. Say which league you would prefer to go in and will do our best to fit everyone in.

Once the payments have all been made and the list of teams in the game finalised, everyone will be sent an email confirming the team they will manage. There isn’t a definite start date yet as there is still a lot of work to be done before it will be ready.

Please note any season tickets purchased will be the new price (£80).

The game will be run on a Wednesday deadline.

Sorry if I've missed it being listed here, but is this essentially an 'EFG', or some form of hybrid game?

124 Has HFG listed, and can be taken as that given no karma, harder to accrue, etc - but that detail wasn't on here? (i.e. will Karma also be able to be accrued from forum activities?)

I do like the changes to a reduced number of leagues overall, and also thank you for providing both options, which are incredibly different in their makeup, for managers

will the game start with the squads as they are now when we are bidding, or if the game does not start till after the end of the season will any players that leave due to being out of contract or who are sold not be in the squads when the game starts .

for instance mbappa is at PSG but is out of contract this summer and could move to real madrid so will the team he starts at depend on the game start date or will he still be at PSG
