No changes to what is currently being suggested
Over 34 is fine
Under 3m is fine
If over 34 the players should come with increased risk of injury, retirement and stat drop
If under 3m, ie a prodigy, there should be a higher risk of that player flopping due to hating being dragged to the ROTW

Just to round this off then, given bidding for teams concluded yesterday - seems the general/majority feel is that it should be left alone, so I guess that's what we're working on for the duration of the game.
