Discussion I had the other day around UE points. I understand I'm pretty new and this may have been brought up already.
I've seen a lot of threads for swap only, seen this is other PBM as well. So when big teams have the best players, they rarely go for cash, as cash can only buy lesser players if people are only prepared to use top quality for top quality.
To raise the chance of cash sales of top rated players, would it be viable to be able to buy UE points for cash, as in your club's balance? Say for example I have a OA100+ PV36+ player, there's no way I could replace him for cash in the games as they are, well highly unlikely anyway. but what if I sold him for £120m and I knew I had a OA90+ PV34+ player I could buy UE points with the cash and stick POT and SA on him, knowing he'd become better? Is it a possibility that this could work.
The flip side is that we could have a lot of players who have POT and SA, so points would need to be priced well to avoid this I guess or the price of SA/POT for these games adjusted. Maybe in these games, points aren't accrued by 5 turns either to balance it. I think it could add longevity to a game just by having a cycle involving the long term use for cash.
May be a non starter, just a thought.

It's an interesting idea. The points would have to be very expensive to buy like you said, maybe as much as £10 million per point. Something like this becoming available at the start of season 3 or 4 is something to consider.
