Hi there I have an idea for the next HFG and would like opinions. Do not want thread filled with further ideas so please start another thread for those. The idea is this

HFG

Four leagues of four divisions.

First league - UK league. Any team from UK can be in it.

Second league - Europe league A - Portugal, Spain, France.

Third league - Europe league B - Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, and any Scandinavian teams.

Fourth league - Europe league C - Italy, Czech republic, Greece, Russia, Turkey and any other eastern European countries.

Each league would have three cups.

FA cup
League cup (prem & First div)
League cup 2 ( 3rd div & 4th div)


Champions league would consist of 32

7 from each league = 28
Champs league finalists = 2
Uefa league finalists = 2
Total 32

Qualifiers would be -
Top 4 in prem = 4
FA cup winner = 1
League cup winner = 1
League cup 2 winner = 1
Total 7

Uefa cup would consist of 32 teams

8 from each league
FA cup runners up = 1
League cup runner up = 1
League cup 2 runner up = 1
1st div winner = 1
2nd div winner = 1
3rd div winner = 1
2 from the premiership league table.

Really like the idea and love the idea of all the leagues, reckon it would work best with an hfg.

EFG everyone has the opinion of it being 3 or 4 seasons shelflife so would put off people going for smaller teams as there would no point in there being a long term plan plus the bugger team managers would not be interested in gambling with their best players.

If we were to have that format with what Ben said about being a retro feel and a HFG that would be the dream for me!
