And I have more than one team, and would be fine with that.

Also, I will use two of my own players as an example.

Carragher 38CB 98 DET/CHA
Donadoni 37PL 101

For the first 6 turns I didn't play with Carragher, his morale dropped to low, but he kept his PV & OA, if in real life he wasn't in the side, he would be

A) Thinking about leaving
B) would lose match fitness, in UE terms, maybe a drop in PV & OA.

This would force me to rotate or think about swapping him on as he could lose value, in turn keeping game fresh, most will agree, the less activity the more boring it gets.

Donadoni- Same again- wasn't playing, he could be a top PL in someone's side.

in reply mate..

how about the more realistic option C in the real world..

C) Carragher happy to be sat on 80G a week paying his bills and still keeping a roof over his familys head.. it would be a couple of knocks on the managers door for a chat etc before he then handed in his request down the line..

meaning the only way would be to add a 3 or 5 level concern procedure which would simply be based on a percentage of first team games played.. trust me people would still be able to play players out of concern stages as the average squad looks like 21 players.. people would just juggle players more to drop concern level over selling to another club..

even if a player was to hand in a request he would be free for any bid so there is nothing to say a new manager picks up carragher up over an existing manager who may also possibly make him a reserve.. like the original club side..

and finally ive been playing lukic now in 119 since ive taken over the side solid first team.. hes droped from 95 to 91 and he has been playing weekly first team.. im guessing players OA fluctuate and it just didnt happen with your 2 mate..

just give up on whatever player is causing this upsetment for you mate :) ..

and practise what you preach :) ..

why didnt you list carragher and donadoni if you feel strongly about this idea being in place mate?..

trust me all concerns will do is counteract ue points and karma.. what is the point in building players 2 loose then to a new manager who quits in 2 week?.. when the new manager can do abit of time spent himself and create them?..

next youll be asking to buy from unmanaged :) ..

I have no concerns of any player, just trying to keep the games busy, and we can already buy from unmanaged at EOS.

making cash as relevant as possible is how to keep the worlds busy mate..

how often do trades take place in the real world honestly?..

as long as money is relevant its no problem for new management..

What about the managers who don't like to do transfers all the time?

I certainly don't want to be pushed in to doing deals for the sake of it.

As for the scouting its one of the very limited ways that Ue make a little extra cash on the side, i'd say leave that but then I'm going to as i have 4 teams.

Wasn't suggesting this to happen to players every week. When a player becomes unsettled after a period out of the side
