Having seen how well karma has gone down in regards to injuries, could something similar be introduced to alleviate moral/state of mind issues?! For example... 300 karma points - Players take out 'player x' for drinks/golf/holiday etc... This has a subtle improvement to state of mind or morale. 1000 karma - Send 'player x' to sports psychologist. Causes a solid improvement to state of mind etc... |

Confidence Boost rather than morale for the amount of Points used |

You could even go so far as to have the player shown as absent and unavailable for say 2 weeks if they're going away on holiday for example. |

You could even go so far as to have the player shown as absent and unavailable for say 2 weeks if they're going away on holiday for example. Good idea... I think someone mentioned recently that sending your player home (and in turn being unavailable for a few weeks) could have a positive impact for those players that are "homesick". |
