Hi, One thing that's come to mind in light of Game 122 going live is that a SPS (Specific Player Search) is arguably not fit for purpose in it's current state. Reason being, it will only find you the highest rated player with that initial and surname combination, not all players that fit that criteria, which can lead you not finding who you are looking for. Example: Turn 6 I made an SPS for 'T Lawrence', hoping to find the ex-Liverpool goalkeeper, Tommy Lawrence, to which I received the following back: "There are 2 players called T Lawrence, the best one (age 27, 88 OA) plays for English side Derby" - this is Tom Lawrence, the current player. What about the other T Lawrence? This could be extended further - if for example, you were trying to find Alan Smith who used to play for Leeds and Man Utd, in theory you'd struggle to because Alan Smith that played for Arsenal might have a higher rating, and there's also Adam Smith, the current Bournemouth fullback, who could be rated higher than both, not allowing you to see where the others are. Fernando Torres / Ferran Torres is another one, Andy Johnson could be either ex-Palace and Everton, or West Brom/Forest to name a couple. Could we maybe change 'SPS' to 'FP' (Find Player) and then have a list of all players with positions, ages, OAs and clubs (the information that is currently provided) that fit the criteria? |

I've only ever done the player search once and that was in this game. I was looking for the Oxford and Stockport 6 foot 7 inch striker Kevin Francis. The search returned no result so I either did the search wrong or that particular player isn't in the game |

Interesting idea, Louis. My only caveat might be that this could be quite a revelatory tool so maybe any search would replace a scouted team space in Extra Prints? |

That's not a bad shout. Given it could, in theory, return a few dozen players for a common initial/surname combo, it would make sense to make it a bit more 'costly' |

This hasn't had much interaction, however will become more of an issue soon in 122. Peter / Phil Thompson & Jobe / Jude Bellingham were others I thought of the other day, and I'm sure there will be absolutely countless others. |

I think it’s a great idea, tone down on the details we receive back a little bit overall a great idea. |
