Mentor
You can ask an older, more experienced player to keep an eye on/look after a younger player in your squad.
You can have 3 active mentor ships going at any one time. Mentors must be 28 or older. Players being mentored must be 21 or younger. The effectiveness and benefits from mentoring will depend on may factors.
To set up a mentor-ship use the Action 'Mentor', using a separate line for each player.
The Mentor will tell you when he feels the mentor-ship has run it's course. If you wish to end it early you can use the Action 'Mentor End' on either player involved.
Loan Extend
You can now extend already existing loans until the end of the season. Both teams involved must enter the players ID and Action 'Loan Extend' in the Actions section.

I was constructive in my feedback. If you buy a pair of black shoes and they person comes out with pink ones are you gonna still buy them? No you will say something. Because I don’t agree with some of the stuff Ben is adding doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy the game I’ll just not use it.

In Game 121 normal Karma players start lower, won't have any 10s for untrainables, won't have an SA apart from Loy/Inx. Gold Karma Players in 121 may have 10s for untrainables, may have an SA. You shouldn't expect either type to get straight into your first 11.
